Denis joined Wisdom International in 2013 as the Portuguese translator and interpreter. Two years later, Stephen Davey’s sermons began to be broadcast in Portuguese. Besides radio, Denis has found other avenues to distribute the content, such as a podcast, YouTube channel, social media, and a website fully in Portuguese. Additional resources, such as articles, devotionals, and books, have also been made available in Portuguese.
Denis, a missionary kid, was born in São Paulo, Brazil. While in the Bachelor of Theology program at a seminary in Brazil, he met his wife Tiffany. After he served for a few years as a youth pastor and later as assistant pastor, the couple moved to the Raleigh (NC) area, where Denis graduated with a Master of Divinity from Shepherds Theological Seminary. Currently, Denis is a Ph.D. candidate at the University of Edinburgh (UK).
Denis and Tiffany have two children—Stella and Oliver.
