The Wisdom Journey through Zephaniah
The prophecy of Zephaniah, with its pronouncements of judgment on Judah and its neighboring nations, is a warning to us all. Just because God’s judgment is delayed does not mean it is not certain and soon. Yet Zephaniah also reminds us that there is hope for even the most wicked of people because God is gracious and merciful. All who trust Him and submit to Him can be certain of His forgiveness, because the trustworthy God has promised it.
