The Wisdom Journey through Malachi
As the Old Testament closes, God’s chosen people are again struggling with sin. They are practicing the ritual worship of the law, but their hearts are far from the God who loves them. The prophecy of Malachi is God’s last appeal in the Old Testament for His people to repent and return to obedience to His law. The key to moving them to such repentance is giving them a proper view of who God is. This is what Malachi does.
