In this lesson, Stephen explores the danger of religious rituals when they become empty and meaningless. He looks at the book of Malachi and teaches how the Israelites had fallen into this trap. They were offering sacrifices to God without any real heart or sincerity. God rebuked them for this and called them to worship Him in spirit and in truth. You'll learn that your worship should be motivated by love for God, not by a sense of duty or obligation.
