The Banquet Table of Consequences
About This Series:
Robert Louis Stevenson penned the words, "Every man shall one day be seated at a banquet table of consequences." In Romans 1:24-32, the apostle Paul ushers mankind into an elegant dining room. The table is set with fine china, the crystal goblets are sparkling, and the candles are lit; everything is in place for a sumptuous feast. As starving man licks his lips, the cover is removed to reveal rotten meat and glasses filled with saltwater. In this 9-message series, Stephen will explain how rebellion against God has left man with alarming consequences. Rejecting God in hope that something else will delight and satisfy, mankind is shocked to see the result of choices they have made. Examine the outcome of life without God in The Banquet Table of Consequences.

7 - The Reign of Mother Nature
The Apostle Paul brings out an interesting truth in Romans 1:25 that specifically applies to our culture. The very world that scientists and scholars are claiming to be "divine" and the "mother of all" is actually pointing us to the true Divinity. In other words, the very thing men today incessantly worship as God is imploring us to worship the true God. How does nature do this? Find out now.
8 - The Sands of Sodom
As homosexuality grows throughout America and other parts of the world, our need to understand what the Bible teaches on the subject grows as well. In this message Stephen examines this controversial issue.
9 - Pandora's Box
The old Greek legend about Pandora’s box explains well the consequences of sin once you “let it out of the box.” Though the story is a myth, the moral isn’t. In Romans 1, the Apostle Paul also reveals the consequences of sin—both immediate and delayed. Stephen tells us today what they are.
