Nauru is the world’s smallest island nation—rich in culture, but spiritually overlooked. Join us in praying for faithful gospel witness, biblical teaching, and a deep hunger for Christ among the people of this Pacific island.

Introduction to Nauru:

Nauru is a tiny island country in the central Pacific Ocean, with a population of around 10,000 people. It’s the third smallest country in the world by area and the second smallest by population. Once wealthy from phosphate mining, Nauru has faced economic collapse and increasing dependence on foreign aid. Most of its citizens identify as Christian, primarily Protestant and Catholic, but as in many places, religious affiliation does not always reflect personal faith. Evangelical witness exists, but it’s limited, and biblical teaching is often shallow. In this small and remote nation, the gospel is needed as much as anywhere else.

This week, we invite you to pray for Nauru. Ask God to strengthen the church, raise up faithful leaders, and plant seeds of genuine revival in the hearts of those who live in this often-forgotten corner of the world.

Ways to Pray for Nauru:

1. Pray for gospel-centered teaching, that people would know the true message of salvation in Christ alone.

2. Ask God to raise up local believers, trained and equipped to lead with humility and biblical conviction.

3. Pray for boldness and clarity, for Christians sharing their faith in close-knit communities.
