How can we pray for you?

Morocco is a beautiful and diverse country in North Africa, bordered by the Atlantic Ocean, Mediterranean Sea, and the Sahara Desert. With a population of over 37 million, Morocco is a kingdom with deep Islamic roots—nearly all citizens are Muslim, and Islam is tightly woven into national identity. Christianity is viewed with suspicion, and converting from Islam is socially dangerous and legally restricted. Evangelical believers are few, and most Moroccan Christians must follow Jesus in secret. But God is working. Through online outreach, dreams, and courageous witness, people are hearing the gospel and trusting in Christ—often at great personal cost.

This week, we invite you to pray for Morocco. Ask God to protect and strengthen secret believers, open hearts to the gospel, and raise up a movement of Christ-followers who will shine His light across this nation.

Ways to Pray for Morocco:

1. Pray for secret believers, that they would be protected, encouraged, and deeply rooted in Christ.

2. Ask God to soften hearts among Muslims, that they would encounter Jesus through dreams, Scripture, and personal witness.

3. Pray for boldness and wisdom for those sharing the gospel quietly and carefully.

4. Lift up the underground church, that it would grow in strength, number, and unity.

5. Intercede for those facing persecution, especially from family, employers, or authorities.

6. Pray for access to Scripture, especially in Arabic, Tamazight, and French.

7. Ask God to bless online and media ministries, which are often the only safe way to share Christ.

8. Pray for Moroccan believers living abroad, that they would grow in faith and be a bridge to reach others.

9. Lift up efforts to disciple new believers, who often feel isolated and afraid.

10. Pray for Moroccan youth, that they would question empty religion and seek truth in Jesus.

11. Ask God to raise up courageous Moroccan leaders, who will shepherd the church with love and truth.
