Follow The Progress of our Building

 

  • September 2025

    We are making rapid progress on the interior of the building as we eagerly await move-in day. You can see that the paint and other interior decorations are starting to go in.

  • August 2025

    The windows have been put in and drywall is going up inside the building.

  • July 2025

    In addition to continued work on the building exterior, the interior frame is also being constructed.

  • June 2025

    The exterior brick, stone, and glass is being installed.

  • May 2025

    The roof and exterior walls are being assembled.

  • April 2025

    The steel frame of the building is going up.

  • March 2025

    The foundation for the building is being poured.

  • February 2025

    The bunker that will become the recording studio is now visible.

  • January 2025

    Cement is being poured for the foundation.

  • September 2024

    The first layer of the parking lot is installed, allowing for more work to progress in a mud-free environment.

  • August 2024

    The retaining walls are finished, and the curb and gutter go in.

  • July 2024

    Retaining walls are being built, and stormwater pipes and pond are being installed.

  • June 2024

    Workers begin leveling the land and preparing the site for the building, driveway, and parking lot.

    Construction begins with the official survey and the removal of trees. 

  • February 2024

    Stephen signs a contract with the builder. 

  • February, 2023

    The project is announced at a donor banquet. The Town of Clayton votes to rezone the property. 

  • August, 2022

    Wisdom purchases 1.25 acres of undeveloped land in Clayton, North Carolina. Work begins on plans and an artist rendering.
