Scott Wylie
Executive Director and Broadcast Host
Scott joined the staff of Wisdom International and became the Broadcast Host in 2015. It's Scott's voice that you hear at the beginning and end of each daily broadcast. In 2017, he took on the additional role of Executive Director. He leads the staff team and assists Stephen in providing vision and direction to the ministry.
Scott was born in Bay City, Michigan. He attended the Moody Bible Institute, where he met his wife Lorie. They met through some common interests such as running in downtown Chicago and attending Chicago Cubs baseball games. After getting married, the Wylies moved to Traverse City, Michigan where Scott served as a Youth Pastor. After six years, Scott enrolled in seminary, graduating from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School.
Scott served as the Pastor of Family Ministry at The Shepherd's Church from 1995 to 2023. On April 1, 2023, Scott resigned from that role to focus on Wisdom International full time.
Scott and Lorie have two grown sons and one daughter-in-law.
